The Crawling Cantina offers bartending services for outdoor venues where a trailer isn't appropriate or doesn't fit as well as indoor events.

Message us your needs, and we will do everything to meet them!

Do you supply the liquor?

No. Unfortunately Ontario's liquor laws prevent us from buying your alcohol for you. We are considered a dry hire. We will help you through the very simple process of getting your liquor license and then give you a shopping list to bring to your LCBO when it's time to shop. We handle everything else from the mixes and garnishes to the napkins, cups, straws and good times!
Do you obtain the liquor license?

No, unfortunately we cannot purchase a liquor license for you. But don't worry, the process is very easy and can be done online in a few minutes.
Can we have a cash bar?

Unfortunately those sticky Ontario liquor laws prevent us from accepting currency from your guests. Open bars are more fun anyways!
Do you only offer service from the trailer bar?

No! If your event is indoors or in a backyard that we can't fit the trailer, we are able to still serve you!
Do we need insurance?

Absolutely. The Crawling Cantina bartenders posses servers insurance to protect ourselves but it is the hosts responsibility to acquire event insurance. Don't worry, it's a very easy online application.
Do you supply ice & cups?

We have you covered! All of our packages come with napkins, plastic drink cups, paper coffee cups, straws, mixers, garnishes & ice.
Can we decorate the bar?

Yes, we'd love to work with you to style the bar to match your event decor!
